Here's something I came up with a couple of years ago. It's a tasty meal, and can fill up two very hungry campers. Here's what you need;

2 stoves (ultra light back packing type, or anything with two burners).
1 Frying Pan (I have an aluminum one, tefflon coated, with a folding handle)
1 Medium Sized Pot
1 Large Pot

This recipe is based on the Harvest Food Works(tm) Meatless Burger.  Also, you'll need some instant mashed potatoes -- don't worry about not having milk, I've made them with just water and they were fine.  Also, dehydrated peas make a nice second veg.  The final thing you'll need is some instant gravy mix, the kind that just requires water.  You can get them at any grocery store.  If you can swing some onions, it really adds to it.  I'm not a big fan of the dehydrated onion flakes -- they're too small and nasty for my taste.

Here's how you make it;

Prepair the burger patties as directed on the package.
Mix the gravy in the frying pan, and start it cooking.
Start the peas (if you have them).
Plop the 'patties' in the gravy mix and keep flipping them over.
When the peas are cooked, remove them, cover them and put on the water for the potatoes.
You forgot to flip the patties! Get on it!
Boil the water and add it to the potatoes flakes. Cover and let stand.
Flip them patties again.
Add some water to the gravy/salsbury steaks if the gravy is getting too thin.
Serve up the spuds, peas and salsbury steaks. Divide the gravy from the frying pan between the two of you.
Eat.
Fall asleep 'cause you're too full.
Do the dishes in the dark... again...

Well, there you have it. Hope you enjoy it. If you can swing some salt and pepper, it's nice on the potatoes. I find that with the gravy, you don't need any butter on 'em.
